本人的网站为了拦截一些代理，把某自治系统的ip段封了，但导致自己使用的hstspreload check bot的ip被误伤，希望开发者能增加ua白名单，感谢！

使用google cloud官方ip ranges列表进行筛选，以找出相关ip段，不用麻烦开发者了。
