When I add a new node for the first time, I need to sync all existing configurations manually. This becomes time-consuming and error-prone, especially when managing multiple nodes. It would be much easier if I could trigger a full config sync with a single action.

Describe the solution :
I would like a “Sync All Configs” button in the UI that automatically pushes all existing configurations to a newly added node.
This could be placed next to the node’s info panel or in the dashboard.
The goal is: simple one-click sync on first-time node setup.

Current Version: v2.3.2 (cb1fb691)
OS: Linux
Architecture: amd64
Executable Path: /usr/local/bin/nginx-ui
