Describe the bug
Cannot get DNS credential during renew process. After trying to recreate by deleting and readding domain seems to work, but failed another time. Credential is actually stored and valid.

[Nginx UI] Preparing lego configurations

[Nginx UI] ACME User: /, Email: /, CA Dir: https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/directory

[Nginx UI] Creating client facilitates communication with the CA server

get dns credential error: record not found

Procedure
It seems if you changes ACME user and save, this problem will occur.
