Describe the bug
Unable to bind a site to a namespace and unable to filter domains by namespace in the "Sites List".

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click on the "Sites List" menu.
  2. Select a namespace → all sites are still displayed (Error 1).
  3. Click the "Edit" button on any site.
  4. Attempt to bind the site to a namespace and click the "Save" button.
  5. 5.The site cannot be bound to the namespace, it resets to the default (Error 2).

Expected behavior
Sites should be correctly bound to a namespace and filtered by namespace.
