Describe the bug
访问日志页面内嵌日志框，关闭自动刷新后持续向上翻，翻到某个高度后会重新定位到日志最下方

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

进入访问日志页面
关闭自动刷新
向上翻日志

Expected behavior
应该持续滚动，并加载历史日志

Server OS: MacOS
Server Arch: M1
