linux服务器中，9000端口已被占用，修改为其他的端口，再次启动错误日志中，依然提示9000端口被占用

@liuhd92 @siitao 您好，新版改了配置文件结构，正常情况下会自动迁移，除非没有权限，或其他异常状况，导致配置文件迁移失败。
请参考文档手动配置，https://nginxui.com/zh_CN/guide/config-server.html
