I was struggling and making a lot of typos when managing domains between Nginx UI, domain registrar and Cloudflare. I have a script
for API to register domains and change NS in domains registrar and for API for to add/editing domains, its zones and rules in Cloudflare.

But I was forced to have a separate caching table of domains for this, in addition to my script and NGINX UI. So I thought that would be nice to have a page with domain management, where admin can register domains, set to Cloudflare NS or other server and assign them on a vhosts, called "Sites".

So could it be a good addition for this repo and does author will appreciate it ?
