Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Inside the Preference->External Notify, I used Telegram and provided the proper credentials for a bot. However, the feature is not working. If there were a test option to send a test notification, it would be a good feature to debug.

Describe the solution you'd like
A test button where a single click will send a test notification to the selected provider.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I tested those credentials with a different app. It's working fine with the same credentials. I used N8N to test the credentials.
