Running a fresh installation of NGINX UI via a Docker container.
services: npm: stdin_open: true tty: true container_name: npm restart: always environment: - TZ=Pacific/Auckland volumes: - /home/administrator/Docker/npm/nginx-core:/etc/nginx - /home/administrator/Docker/npm/nginx-ui:/etc/nginx-ui - /home/administrator/Docker/npm/nginx-www:/var/www - /var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock ports: - 9880:80 - 9843:443 image: uozi/nginx-ui:latestSetup is OK after initially starting the container and accessing 9880 - basically port 80.
Upload my cert and thats OK and valid.
Set NGINX UI to use HTTP under preferences.
Not the WebUI will no longer load.
I am seeing this in the Docker logs -
2025/09/12 06:12:32 http: TLS handshake error from 127.0.0.1:59020: EOFStrange as the certificates are valid.
Any ideas whats can be causing this? Thanks

Anyone else experiencing this? Thanks

You can directly expose the port of the Nginx UI for access. Otherwise, you need to modify the /etc/nginx/conf.d/nginx-ui configuration file and change the proxy protocol from http to https if you want to access it through the built-in Nginx.
