Describe the bug
If you generate a certificate and it times out, an error will be displayed. When you try to close the page and generate a certificate again, an empty modal will appear. It will also create an empty certificate in the list when the page loads.

(I'm not talking about the error itself but rather the interface's reaction after an error)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'https://xxxx.x/#/certificates/list'
Click on 'Issue Wildcard Certificate'
Add fake DNS (ex: test.fr)
Wait timeout
Close the popup
Click on 'Issue Wildcard Certificate'
See the empty modal

I waited for 2 minutes for the timeout to occur when I started the video.
