我手动写了配置文件拷贝到 appdata/nginx/conf.d/目录下，配置是生效的，能够正常访问，但是在 Nginx UI 在网站管理里面没有识别出站点，是不支持，还是我设置有问题？

是不支持的，网站列表只会读取 sites-available/ 下的文件
