Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
continuation of #72 , as a non-systemd user and chroot server, nginx ui always doesn't reload nginx config and when I type nginx -s reload is the same, I have to type the command killall nginx first when finished configuring the site via nginx

Describe the solution you'd like
It might be better to make the nginx reload command configurable and changeable by the user
