[GH-ISSUE #187] 这个启动好后，nginx是需要单独安装吗？没太看懂这个，还是安装出错，启动也始终失败 #4533

启动好后，好像还连接github，我们国内连接会很慢

启动后不会连接 Github，除了下载更新，这个错误不是因为网络引起的.....
