Describe the bug

Can not add Config Templates when add site.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Manage Sites
Click on Add Site
Fill in the information and click Next
Select Config Templates and click add. Press F12 See error

Nginx UI Version: v1.9.9-4
Your Browser: Brave

This issue has been resolved in v2, please upgrade the nginx-ui in Upgrade page.
