希望在添加凭证的弹窗，加入一个凭证申请的文档说明超链接

状态已经有了，还有过期时间检测。
文档的话，这个很抱歉，没有办法做到维护七十多个 DNS，目前是直接 copy 并解析 lego 的配置文件。
