Original GitHub issue: https://github.com/0xJacky/nginx-ui/issues/1561
Problem:
Currently, the certificate management will try to renew every single hour, regardless of the expiry time.
This will usually fail due to rate limits, spamming notifications as well as unnecessarily stressing LetsEncrypt servers.
Solution:
Add a configurable option for the maximum valid time before trying to renew (similar to the LEGO CLI --days option) and set a sane default like 30 days.
