Describe the bug
站点列表网站有的，也能用

但是仪表盘/站点这个页面是空的

对了，还想问一下，GeoIP 分析这个功能好像没找到，是没上线？但是又 GeoIP 数据库下载功能

To Reproduce
docker 正常部署

Expected behavior
站点列表是有 server 块的，那站点也不应该为空才对

Screenshots
日志没看到异常内容
