Describe the bug
Since the upgrade to version 2.3.0 I can no longer issue new Let's encrypt certificates with Azure DNS. The issue certificate dialog now only shows the 3 new DNS providers you added for DNS record management.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Certificates -> Certificate list'
  2. Click on 'Issue certificate'
  3. Scroll down to 'DNS provider'
  4. List only shows Alibaba Cloud DNS, Tencent Cloud DNS and Cloudflare.

Expected behavior
In version 2.2 there were a lot more DNS providers. I can no longer choose Azure DNS and select the appropriate credentials for Azure.
