Describe the solution you'd like

我使用nginx-ui做了很多反向代理，这些服务都分布在不同的服务器上，现在已经有了30几个服务。
如上图，502的是服务挂了，其他的404和403的是有些服务不能直接访问。

Describe alternatives you've considered
在站点管理中，增加一个服务异常通知的配置，选择是否启用、哪些状态码通知、触发哪个外部通知。
