Describe the bug
无法查看到对应的访问日志和错误日志

To Reproduce
我一开始是用docker安装的，之后导出配置后是用脚本sudo方式直接安装，日志目录是/var/log/nginx/access.log，但从nginxui中无法进行查看，都是空的

Expected behavior
由于发现无法查看日志，到/var/log/nginx文件夹下删除掉所有日志，通过nginxui重启nginx，看到所有日志文件创建了，但都是空的，且用户都是root
