Describe the bug
Using docker compose and setting up nginx-ui using docker compose, when I head over to sites list it is empty but I have sites configured

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Follow docker compose instructions
run nginx-ui
go to sites-list

Expected behavior
Sites are listed

Server OS: Ubuntu 25.04
Server Arch: x86_x64
Nginx UI Version: Latest
