Describe the bug
Can't restore as file .zip after backup.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Click on 'Backup' menu => 'Backup'
In "System Restore" upload file .zip already backup and fill "Security Token"
Click button "Start Restore"
Show "not found"

Expected behavior
Restore completed successfully

Server OS: Debian 12.6
Server Arch: linux 5.15.0-117-generic x86_64
Nginx UI Version: v2.1.14
Browser: Chrome

Additional context
Version: 2.1.12 still success
