Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Describe the bug
On the latest docker image the Russian and English Languages are switched.

OK, I will try to reproduction this issue. I just pulled the latest codes from dev branch and built it, howerver it works normally.

Well, I just re-executed the GitHub Action workflow this github action workflow(https://github.com/0xJacky/nginx-ui/actions/runs/5133640644) and this issue is fixed now.
