Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I have to forward port 80 to my local network because I use a certbot, but I do not want someone or even I to be able to access sites through an HTTP connection

Though not exactly what you are looking for, if you enable HSTS, all major browsers will reject non-https connections
