Describe the bug

When changing the default site to anything other than the congratulations page I get the following error
"SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected end of data at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data"
Selecting the 404 page gives the error above immediately after selecting and hitting save
Selecting either redirect or custom page gives the error above gives the error above once the prerequisite information has been entered and hitting save
