Describe the bug
I recently did a fresh install of nginx proxy manager and still have the authentication problem with cloudflare.
I prepare an access list, and activate it for my host. At first, it works great, but soon after I get errors Web server is returning an unknown error.
I specify that I use the origin certificates that work perfectly on all my other hosts.

I have exactly the same issue.

Cloudflare problems can't really be fixed or debugged by us. Cloudflare is also a frequent source of problems, most of which require steps to be taken in Cloudflare and no changes in npm. So maybe the cloudflare forums might help.
Or does cloudflare provide logs to show what happened / what unknown error was thrown? Or do the logs of the specific host show any errors? (See https://github.com/jc21/nginx-proxy-manager/issues/1271#user-content-proxied-app-not-accessible)
