Describe the bug

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
If you create a letencrypt certificate from the ssl certificates tab (not from a proxy-host), the proxy-host configuration won't revert to what it was before it was edited for the purpose of obtaining an SSL certificate
What version of Nginx Proxy Manager is reported on the login page?
v2.7.3

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to SSL Certificates
Create a certificate for a pre-existing proxy host
After the SSL cert is created, browse to the proxy host
See error 404 not found
