Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Certain services being proxied need to request for there own certificates and can only use HTTP challenge.

Describe the solution you'd like
Do not include letsencrypt-acme-challenge.conf when using DNS challenge.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Have to manually remove letsencrypt-acme-challenge.conf from the proxy config every-time a change is made from the web interface.
