nginx-proxy-manager docker version 2.5.0
Safari browser 12.1.1 (14607.2.6.1.1)

Unable to edit existing proxy host by clicking "Edit" on the options menu.

It triggers the following javascript error on the console :

Same behavior when trying to add an host (proxy, redirection or 404). Seems not to be the case with stream hosts.
Error is different when trying to add a new host :
