Have you pulled and found the error with jc21/nginx-proxy-manager:latest docker image?
Are you sure you're not using someone else's docker image?
If having problems with Lets Encrypt, have you made absolutely sure your site is accessible from outside of your network?

Describe the bug

My Nginx Proxy Manager version is v2.3.0.

File form get no response after I select a cert to upload via the modal.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Add Custom Certificate'
Click on 'Browse' and select a file
Got no response

Operating System

macOS, Chrome 81.0.4044.138
