Hi, I am convinced that NPM is responsible for slow upload speeds for OpenSpeedTest.
Please see my current settings and the speedtest results accessing via NPM and via direct IP:Port.

Have you changed the POST size as noted by openspeedtest?
"Warning! If you run it behind a reverse proxy, you should increase the POST body content length to 35 megabytes or more."
Not sure if this affects the slower download.
