i have just wasted 2 Weeks with this. New Users Fail to Create half the Time. The Deployment Fails. The UI Bugs out when you try to use Active Directory Certificate Authority Certificates, Reverse Proxys Error out. I am done with this. Sadly there is no Alternative, thus the Services Deployed which Include Nginx Proxy Manager as their Reachability will not be Deployed any more.
I would recommend trying to prevent to use npm in your Deployment.

If I were in your position, I would simply provide more detailed information about where exactly the problem lies.
And I wouldn't make a statement like “I would recommend not using Nginx Proxy Manager,” because, first of all, that damages your reputation, and secondly, nobody likes trolls.
For example, I use an AD as a certificate authority here, and it works without any problems for me.

Idk if you use the Version before the Overhaul. But if i am Honest. In these 40 Minutes i used a Windows Server Instance i already had with a VPS and configured URL Rewrite immediatly. Not a Single Failure or Problem during Configuration. No Exporting Keys or Chains. It just works.
