Have you checked if a certbot plugin exists?
Yes I have checked, but cannot find any. But According to the documentation it is compatible to PowerDNS. Maybe this helps.

Okay, found it myself:
Just use PowerDNS as provider but use the API-Key you get when creating a User for the DNS API and API url is: https://login.udmedia.de/DNS/ (named "base url" in their help file
