Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I need the functionality to execute a script after updating the certificate, so that the new certificate can be synchronized to CDN websites, such as qiniu.com.
Describe the solution you'd like
I hope that a title input box with the title "Execute the script after certification request. Script content:" can be added on the Add Let's Encrypt Certificate page. It would be better to provide a feature for customizing the certificate directory.
Describe alternatives you've considered
A script may be run to synchronize the certificate to the CDN website on a weekly schedule.
