What provider would you like to see added to NPM?
Active24 through new REST API v2. (require dns_active24_api_key and dns_active24_secret)

Have you checked if a certbot plugin exists?
You already have Active24 certbot plugin however it use Active24 API v1 (require dns_active24_token).
