I added a new access list with basic auth and tested it on one of my proxy hosts and it worked. I then applied it to NPM and I got a 403, the login prompt never showed up. Then I went back to the site I tested it on and all of a sudden I was getting a 403 there too. I went into the database and set the access_list_id back to 0 and restarted my docker container containing NPM but it still doesn't work. How do I fix this?
