Describe the bug
Since last version, the memory used by NPM grows up around 25 MB per day.

Nginx Proxy Manager Version
v2.12.1

To Reproduce
Nothing to do... Only one active proxy host.

Expected behavior
Stable memory consumption, like the previous version.

I see the memory consumption through "Monitor Docker" integration in Home Assistant.

Hi,

The latest versions (2.12.x) have the same behavior, memory grows by around 25MB per day. This problem forces me to restart NPM Docker every few days. The last version I have tested with stable memory was 2.11.3. I always use the same NPM configuration.

Please can you check where the memory leak is?
