Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
After you change your cloudflare api token for example, every renewal of any of the certs results in an error
Describe the solution you'd like
A context menu button on the cert list that allows editing the saved renewal metadata like which provider to use, keys, etc.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Making a new "Default SSL Options" (or "SSL Profiles") form that allows setting and editing in one place and then allowing every certificate to either use the "default" options or custom ones. This is especially helpful if you have a lot of certs.
