What provider would you like to see added to NPM?
1984.hosting

Have you checked if a certbot plugin exists?
Although, a certbot plugin cannot be found for the above provider, however, the following script can be used for creating SSL certificates as suggested by the domain registrar support team: https://github.com/acmesh-official/acme.sh/blob/master/dnsapi/dns_1984hosting.sh
