What provider would you like to see added to NPM?
Autodns (InterNetX)

Have you checked if a certbot plugin exists?
A package exists where autodns is listed in the description:

https://pypi.org/project/certbot-dns-multi/

At least it is already included in many other tools which use DNS Challenge (eg Proxmox Tools)

There are a few implementations already existing:

AutoDNS itself has an API documentation, also: https://github.com/InterNetX/domainrobot-api
