Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I have to renew my certificate for subdomains I have to do it manually for each host I add and use the certificate.

Describe the solution you'd like
Once a certificate has been added, add the option to update it.
Add Update option before Delete

Then the new files are selected for the update.

Describe alternatives you've considered
