Hi,

Nginx Proxy Manager add "/" at the end of Redirection Hosts Destinations even if none is specified at the end in the forward domain field.
No "/" at the end of destinations domain

If I open the source domain in browser, they will be an "/" at the end and the page will not be found in my case 🙈

Can you remove that please in one of the next releases.
