Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I am always frustrated when I can not quickly identify the purpose of a configured stream. The more streams configured, the more difficult it is to determine each streams purpose. You need to check at the redirected host, what the stream is for.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a description field for each stream, in order to describe what the stream is for which is displayed in the list overview.

Describe alternatives you've considered
