Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I would like to monitor NPM with netdata via their Nginx VTS module. It requires vozlt vts module built into nginx.

Describe the solution you'd like

If possible, I would like this to be added in future builds.

Describe alternatives you've considered

There is a nginx stub status module also, and it's supported by netdata.
But it provides little to no monitoring.
