nginx-proxy-manager is a docker based application.
Is it possible to develop/mod a standalone version of npm which will not need docker?

That would be nice, because the Docker updater is not always trustworthy. E.g. in our company I had a job to update the Nextcloud Docker application....
After the update it turns out that the Docker Updater completely broke everything on the Nextcloud...

Hello, you have the possibility to run it in a LXC:

this works like a charm, update being done by relaunching the install script.
