It is quite hard to get Authelia working now.
If it were possible to select it in access lists (like basic auth). The configuration of authelia could be seperate ofcourse.

I second what @tommyhosewol asked for, if I take for example the effort it takes to activate authelia with 'swag', it's much harder with NginxProxyManager. Wouldn't it just be including authelia conf on two places when the option is selected? Much effect for a small effort?

While the setup for Authelia is possible with NPM, it is at the same difficulty or higher than using nginx natively. This is counter to the entire mission of NPM, that is to be easier to setup and use. I think this would be an amazing feature to have and I hope someone reads this.
