Everything displays correctly when logged in as the original user. I added another couple users, and the Dashboard shows 0 Proxy hosts 0 Redirection Hosts, etc when logged in via those users.
Apparently each user only shows the proxy hosts "owned" by that user. It would be nice to have a team mode where everyone has ownership of all proxy hosts.
