Describe the bug
when I want to create an access rule the authentication remains empty and receive the message: "you must specify at least 1 Authorization or Access rule"

Nginx Proxy Manager Version
v2.9.11

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Access List'
  2. Click on 'add Access List'
  3. Name: "Test"
  4. Satisfy Any = on
  5. Authorization: test / test
  6. Access: default

Unfortunately I can't replicate your issue. I followed your steps to reproduce exactly, and the access list is saved successfully. Does the browser console show anything useful?

normal i use Microsoft Edge (now 95.0.1020.30 ). With Mozilla Firefox works fine - without any erros
So it's a problem with microsoft edge (?)

I can't replicate the issue in Edge 95.0.1020.30 either, it works as expected for me. Does the browser console show anything?

I can reproduce with Safari, getting same error.
Works fine with Mozilla.

I don't have edge/chrome.

Same here on Brave/Chrome. When I enter username and password and click the add button, it looks like this.

Same with Firefox.

Ok seems to be me missunderstanding the UI. The add button just adds new empty rows but does not add the data entered in the present/last row. The confusing part is, that clicking "add" clears the data in the rows that have not already been stored. So you have to add the required number of rows first and the fill them with data.

Your db seems to be out. Check the log.
I guess one you have a problem with passwords.
