Nevermind.
Time seemed to be the problem.
Somehow, the time was cleared to the year 2000.
I fixed it, then tried booting again.
The boot failed due to an empty reply for the filesystem.squashfs file.
I tried again, and it worked.

Is there a way to retry the download from initramfs?
