[]: This bug persists when memory is increased beyond 8GB.
I use 16GB RAM!

Describe the bug
When booting, at the NFS Premount, the system hangs 180 seconds and then the error from the screenshot comes up.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Boot Ubuntu 23.10 LiveCD

Expected behavior
A clear boot as in the past.

Booting other OS'es (I tried a few) work.
